Is the law only given to the Jews? Of course not. The law exists already when there were no Jews.

Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. (1 John3:4 NKJV)

Adam broke the law and committed sins. At that time, there were no Jews. The human being had broken the law before the existence of Jews.

Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. (Romans5:12-14 NKJV)

Did law exist before the human? Yes. There were laws. The devils committed sins since beginning. What is the meaning of committing sins? It means to break the law. Devils broke laws from the beginning.

He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. (1 John3:8 NKJV)

Devils are angels who sinned and broke the laws. They are the fallen angels. Angels broke the laws and committed sins even before the presence of the Jews even of the human.

“You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you.“By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, And you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God; And I destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the fiery stones.“Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor; I cast you to the ground, I laid you before kings, That they might gaze at you.(Ezekiel28:14-17 NKJV)

Will be there laws in new heaven and new earth? There will be laws. The bible told us: in new heavens and new earth, all will come and worship before God. In heaven, it still has many laws including the Sabbath. Jesus told us : till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

“For as the new heavens and the new earth Which I will make shall remain before Me,” says the LORD , “So shall your descendants and your name remain. And it shall come to pass That from one New Moon to another, And from one Sabbath to another, All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the LORD .(Isaiah66:22-23 NKJV)

Jesus did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill. Law is the shadow while Jesus is the reality. Law is spiritual, kind and holy but it is weak and makes nothing perfect. Truth is strong to fulfill everything. Jesus is the truth and Holy Spirit is the truth. The Lord is that Spirit. We shall rely on the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit from the beginning till the ending. To live in Spirit, walk in Spirit and to be made perfect by Spirit.

“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.(Matthew5:17-19 NKJV)

The law is given through Moses. Grace and truth is from Jesus. It means God deliver laws to human through men. It does not mean all laws are given through Moses. Moses is just the representative of delivering laws. As Elijah is the representative of prophets but he is not the only prophet.

God also uses angels to deliver laws. Who is the one to give people the law of Christ? Is the law of Christ given through Moses? Absolutely not. Moses already died before the law of Christ was being given. Was the law in the Eden garden given through Moses? Absolutely not. Moses was not yet born.

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (John1:17 NKJV)

“This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one God sent to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush. (Acts7:35 NKJV)

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians6:2 NKJV)

Scriptures told us, all human is under the law. Being under the law means being under the judgement. So there is judgement in the last days. How will God make judgement? It is according to the law. Scriptures told us: for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, their conscience is the law put by God in their hearts.

for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them ) (Romans2:14-15 NKJV)

Laws are not given only to Jews. God teach people what is law through Jews. But laws are not only given to Jews. Sins do not only relate to Jews. All are relating to the whole human. Jesus come to save the world people but not only save the Jews.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! (John1:29 NKJV)

But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. (Galatians3:22 NKJV)

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. (1 Timothy1:15-16 NKJV)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.(Romans 6:23 NKJV)
